Classes are mixed-level by design — beginners train alongside experienced students, with support built in.
No fitness level or experience required. You'll learn the basic ginga, simple kicks and dodges, and how a roda works — most people are training comfortably within a few weeks.
Movement vocabulary expands — acrobatics, more complex sequences, and your first experience playing inside the roda with music.
Deeper focus on musicality, history, and refinement of your game, working toward your first cord (graduation) if you choose to pursue it.
Yes — totally fine. Some well-known Mestres started training later in life. Check with your health provider if you're unsure, but capoeira adapts to your physical ability.
Not at all. Some sessions are challenging, but you build up fitness as you keep training — that's part of the process, not a prerequisite.
