I first came across this group and capoeira 4 years ago and got addicted from the first class. Mestre Velho José has an in-depth knowledge of all the elements of capoeira. No other exercise has ever given me such joy and stress relieve, it’s a great bunch of people, open, inviting and keen to assist each other in the practise of capoeira. I highly recommend this class.
